It takes a "Clan" of volunteers to organize, set-up, run and breakdown the Celtic Festival and other Society events throughout the year.  Our volunteer team works hard and is what makes our events so much fun!

​If you are interested in joining our Volunteer Clan, submit your details on the volunteer form and our Volunteer Coordinator will get back to you soon!  

Before being accepted as a volunteer additional details will need to be submitted and an informal "get to know you" interview is required.

2025 Celtic Festival is seeking Volunteers for the following: 
1. Tent set-up (Friday) and break-down (Sunday)
2. Gate ticket scanners
3. Grounds maintenance day of Festival
4. General volunteers to help run booths, pass out programs and assist Festival coordinators in various areas. 


Volunteers donating 4 hours of time will receive an entry ticket to the Festival.  

Volunteers donating 8+ hours of time will receive an entry ticket to the Festival and a volunteer t-shirt.
