Piping and Drumming/Pipe Bands
The cutoff date for on-line piping/drumming/band registration is April 1.
No outside alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed into the festival. Alcoholic
beverages are available for sale at multiple locations throughout the festival grounds.
Piping and Drumming
(E.U.S.P.B.A. Piping and Drumming Competitions)
Individual piping competitions are held for amateurs in grades V through I and for professionals in the Open Grade. All events are sanctioned and conducted under the rules of the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association, the EUSPBA.
Individual drumming competitions are held for snare, tenor and bass drummers. As in the case for pipers, drumming events are sanctioned and conducted by grade.

Bands registering on-line by Ticketleap must provide a competition roster, legal-size SASE, and current IRS Form W-9 by mail by April 1 to Helen Harlow at the following address:
